Prior to its widespread launch, Airbnb conducted a successful pilot program for this car pick-up service throughout Europe and Asia over the past year. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from this pilot phase underscored the demand for such a service and validated its potential to significantly enhance the guest experience. The user experience for booking these private transfers is designed to be intuitive and integrated directly within the Airbnb platform. Once a guest has booked a stay in any of the cities where the car pick-up service is operational, an option to schedule a private cab to their listing will automatically appear in the "Trips" tab of the Airbnb app. This proactive offering ensures that guests are aware of the service precisely when it is most relevant to their travel planning.
